Before joining the Strategic Investment Fund team, Kristin worked as an assistant on the Strategy, Innovation & Impact team within the Foundation.

Prior to joining the foundation, Kristin was a venue sourcing coordinator at CRG Events.

Kristin DeCou earned her B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech.
