Jenny leads the foundation’s strategic investments in China and has completed investments across multiple foundation priorities, ranging from biotech to education technology companies. She also represents the foundation on numerous boards.
Prior to joining the foundation, Jenny was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, and worked in New York, Hong Kong, and San Francisco from 2002 to 2012. At Goldman, she advised technology, media, telecom sectors clients in mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other capital raising transactions and managed over 100 junior investment bankers as the Business Unit Manager for Goldman’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. Jenny has also worked as a volunteer consultant for Technoserve, a non-profit focused on small to medium sized businesses and farmers in Nairobi, Kenya.
Jenny graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in history and science.Back to all team members
