Susan is a corporate attorney who advises on the Foundation’s program-related investments, innovative finance investments and other complex transactions across the Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Susan was counsel at the United States Development Finance Corporation (DFC) where she specialized in project finance investments in the renewable energy, healthcare, infrastructure and microfinance sectors in Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Susan began her career as a corporate attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from Columbia College, Columbia University and with honors from Columbia Law School.
